Registration Information

Registration Policy

Wolfville Soccer Club advertises registration dates in school newsletters, radio public service announcements and via existing email distribution lists. Our registration fees are fair and in some circumstances, funding may be available to assist some families who qualify. After a one-week grace period (after the last Registration Date) a $10 per player late fee shall be applied.


Wolfville Soccer Club believes in Access. We have a fee structure that is fair and affordable. Every effort is made by the WSC Executive to maintain affordable pricing. For the 2015 season the fees for U4 are $50 and U6-U10 are $80.

Payment and Refund Policy

Registration payments are due at time of registration. WSC does not accept post-dated cheques. Registration will be complete and team placements will be made when payment is received in full. Whenever possible, WSC will help individuals with financial assistance (Kidsport, Jump Start, etc) with alternate payment options. Every refund will be subjected to a $10.00 administration fee. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing.

Non-Wolfville Residents

The Wolfville Soccer Club cannot receive registration from players who have a program/team in their own home community. Should a non-Wolfville player live in a surrounding area where there is no soccer club or there is no team in his or her age category, the Wolfville Soccer Club will be pleased to accept applications subject to team space, field space and coaching availability. These applications will be held for two weeks after the registration date, after which any available spaces will then be allocated.
